Terms of Use

Welcome to Block Heist. These Terms of Use (the “Terms,” or “EULA”) are a legal agreement between you and Block Heist (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Block Heist game and any related services (the “Game”). Please read them. By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms.

1. License To Play

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment on any device that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game, except where permitted by law.
• Modify, cheat, hack, or use unauthorized third-party software to alter gameplay, scores, or in-game currency.
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Game or its systems.

3. Virtual Items & In-App Purchases

The Game may include virtual items such as coins, gems, keys, chests, and stickers (“Virtual Items”), and may offer optional in-app purchases. You should know:

• Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything of value outside the Game.
• Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold, and you receive only a limited right to use them inside the Game.
• All purchases are processed by the App Store / Google Play and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Except where required by law, purchases are final and non-refundable.
• We may modify, manage, or remove Virtual Items at any time, and we may discontinue the Game in whole or in part.

4. Intellectual Property

The Game and all of its content — including artwork, characters, music, sound effects, code, and the “Block Heist” name and logo — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

5. Your Content & Conduct

If the Game offers any social features (such as teams or in-game messaging), you are solely responsible for your conduct and any content you share, and you agree not to post anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to moderate, remove content, or restrict access to protect players, with zero tolerance for objectionable behavior.

6. Updates & Availability

We may release updates, patches, or new content, and may change or discontinue features at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You play the Game at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress, profits, or Virtual Items, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Game. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

These Terms apply until terminated. Your license ends automatically if you breach them. You may end it at any time by deleting the Game. Upon termination, your right to use the Game ceases, though provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

10. Apple App Store — Additional Terms

If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that: these Terms are between you and us only, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the Game; Apple is not responsible for any product claims, and in the event of any failure to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any); and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply. This does not affect any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer.

12. Changes To These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
