How do I play Block Heist?
Drag blocks from the tray onto the 8×8 board. Completely fill any row or column to clear it and score points. Clearing lines charges your Heist Meter — fill it to crack open a vault and claim treasure. Chain clears together for COMBO and MEGA COMBO bonuses.
Is Block Heist free to play?
Yes. Block Heist is free to download and play. The Game may offer optional in-app purchases for extra coins, gems, or cosmetic items, but they are never required to enjoy the full game.
Do I need an internet connection or an account?
No. Block Heist plays fully offline and requires no sign-up or login. Your progress is saved locally on your device.
I lost my progress — can you restore it?
Because all progress is stored locally on your device for your privacy, it is tied to your installation. Deleting the app or switching devices will reset progress, and we are unable to recover local saves. We recommend not uninstalling the app if you want to keep your run going.
I was charged for an in-app purchase but didn't receive it.
All purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. First, try fully closing and reopening the Game. If the item still hasn't arrived, email us with your purchase receipt (from Apple/Google) and we'll help sort it out. For refunds, you can also contact Apple or Google directly through their purchase history.
How do I delete my data?
You can reset everything from Settings → Delete Account / Reset inside the Game, or simply uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data. See our Privacy Policy for details — we don't store any of your data on our servers.
How do I turn off music, sound effects, or vibration?
Open the in-game Settings screen. You can toggle music, sound effects, and haptics (vibration) independently. Your choices are saved automatically.
