Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 9, 2026 · Last updated: June 9, 2026

The short version: Block Heist is a single-player puzzle game that runs entirely on your device. We do not require an account, we do not ask for your name or email, and we do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. Your game progress lives only on your phone.

This Privacy Policy explains how Block Heist (the “Game,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you play. By downloading or using the Game, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Block Heist is designed to be privacy-first. We do not collect any of the following:

2. Information Stored On Your Device

To let you continue where you left off, the Game saves your progress locally on your device only, using your device’s standard app storage. This includes data such as:

This information never leaves your device. We cannot see it, and it is not transmitted to us or to any third party. If you delete the app, this data is removed with it.

3. No Third-Party Tracking or Advertising

The current version of Block Heist does not include third-party advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or social media trackers. We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies, and we do not engage in “tracking” as defined by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.

4. In-App Purchases

If the Game offers in-app purchases, those transactions are processed entirely by Apple’s App Store (or Google Play on Android) under their respective terms. Payment is handled by the platform — we never receive or store your credit card number or billing details. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy for how the App Store handles purchase information.

5. Children’s Privacy

Block Heist is a family-friendly casual game and is suitable for a general audience. Because we do not collect any personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). The Game complies with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU GDPR-K principle by design, since no data is gathered. If you believe a child has somehow provided us personal information, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Because all of your game data is stored locally and we hold no personal information about you, there is nothing for us to access, export, or delete on a server. You remain in full control:

Residents of the EU/EEA (GDPR), the United Kingdom, California (CCPA/CPRA), and other regions retain all rights granted by their local laws. Since we process no personal data, these rights are satisfied by the controls above.

7. Data Security

Your information is protected by the security of your own device and operating system. As no personal data is collected or transmitted, the risk of a data breach involving your personal information through the Game is minimal.

8. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the Game changes — for example, if we later add online features or third-party services. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Game. If a future version collects personal data, we will update this Policy to describe exactly what is collected and why before that version is released.
